If you have been paying attention at all to what is going on in Helena, and you are a conservative, you should be appalled and very concerned about your freedoms and your rights. Before 2020, I didn’t give two shakes about politics, but now I am so extremely saddened by what is happening to the great State of Montana that I wish I had gotten involved earlier! But I am now! I am a native of Montana and I cannot believe what is happening. If you are oblivious like I was, I hope this helps to wake you up and take action before it is too late.
Since our legislators have been in session, I have been attending as many committee hearings as I can and watching and learning how the leg.mt.gov website works. It is a great tool to keep track of what is going on in Helena. I had no idea that we the people had lost our voice. Since 2020, I have attended school board meetings, attempting to bring attention to the LGBTQP movement and city council meetings, to address the overreach of government in my life through the “curse” (C-19), and was basically told to sit down and shut up! I didn’t understand what was going on, so I started doing some research.
Have you ever heard of the Delphi Technique? In the past, you could attend a meeting and have your say without being told you have only 2 or 3 minutes to speak. Ever so subtly, organizers have crept into our great state and have taken over most of the councils, clubs, committees and unfortunately Helena. Now, when “we the people” try to voice our concerns, we get told; “you have 2 minutes to speak!” And IF they don’t like what you have to say, because it speaks against their agenda, they cut you off or say you are being offensive or attacking them. By “them” I mean the Neo-Cons, because that is who has taken over our state. What is a Neo-Con? They are Democrats as well as those who call themselves Republicans, who work together, who are out to destroy our Constitution and our freedoms and liberties. Karl Marx is their hero and if you pay attention to what they say, well, it doesn’t take much to figure out what is going on.
Did you know that 25 of the so-called Republicans that you sent to Helena to represent our conservative views turned on us and voted with the Democrats to change the rules to leverage the liberal influence to stifle our conservative voice? Is that what you voted for? So now, we have far more Neo-Cons making decisions about Montana than we have conservative Republicans. (read that last sentence again). If you think Montana is solid RED, you better wake up and start paying attention to what is happening in Helena. Purple is more like it and if “we the people” don’t stand up, it is about to turn Blue and never go back! The Last Best Place, you say? Yep, and the enemy knows it and has to try and destroy it!
She’s not Blue yet! Wake up, Montana! Stand up, Montana! Be the rough and tough state that we are credited for and the reason most of you moved here. Take back our voice! Get involved! If we, in numbers, go to these meetings, and tell them to pound sand; that WE are in charge, and you will no longer tell us to take a backseat to your agenda, WE will keep Montana the last best place.
If you ignore this, and just go back to work, or sleep, as I was, and say, “I hate politics,” then I guess we get what we deserve!
2020 woke up a lot of people! Don’t let the calm deceive you! While you are sleeping, they are plotting!
I’m a nobody; a simple Montana native, so blessed to have been born in this great state, to have raised a family here, to have had a life that most only dream of; that I cannot, I will not, sit by and let it be destroyed! This is my hill to die on – for my family… and yours!

Bob Williams has it right. Ridiculous speculative attack on a local resident. Leave that to the pigs in DC.

TERRI IS THE LAST PERSON TO RUN FOR OFFICE. SHE IS A JOHN BIRCHER AND THAT SAYS IT ALL ABOUT HER AND HER HUSBAND. Plus the folks who have known her since she was a child say she is too divisive, untenable, argumentative and not nice. They would NOT vote for her. Nor did they vote for her husband Alan when he ran for HD88. Thus they have spoken!
I think both USED to care about this state but when Alan lost his bid for HD88 and the Sheriff told them NO to their militia, they seem to have gone off the deep end and got involved with the John Birchers.
They repeat the anti-constitutional nonsense that the John Birch group says is “their thinking of the way the Constitution should have been written” and they fight against the Convention of States which is the last legal and non violent means to change the constitution, It is the Constitutional way to make any changes to the Constitution.
THEY FOLLOW THE dictates of the supposed Constitutional expert,(self described as no court has ever used him as an expert for his opinion or knowledge) of the Birchers, Robert Brown who offers ten thousand dollars if anyone will debate him. He has been taken up on his challenge but he refuses to pay up. HE Sent the Montana senate a letter stating that if anyone could prove the delegates to the 1787 Convention had permission to write a new Constitution, they would earn ten thousand dollars.. Senator Tom MCGillvray did do exactly that and so have others but Brown has yet to pay up. There. is a woman in Stevensville that told him she would debate him but he had to have a true constitutional expert be the moderator and the judge of who won and the money had to be put into an escrow account – of course, Brown would NOT take her up on it as he knows she would “clean his clock.” IF you look at his DVD’s that he “sells” and see how incompletely wrong he is in his interpretations of the Constitution, then you would realize what scamsters the Birchers are.
Alan Lackey wants to “nullify” any federal laws and so does Theresa Manzella with her unconstitutional bill SB 434 that was shot down in the Senate. Thank Goodness it was. Can you imagine what chaos would occur if every state could tell the the FEDS NO on ANY law the states wanted to deny? The hodge hodge of laws in the 50 states would be so unworkable and impossible to remember that this country would fall apart worse than it is now. We would no longer be a United States but 50 sovereign states with their own government like the country was under the articles of confederation which didn’t work and that is why we have the Constitution we have now.
Consider guns laws for example – in some states you can carry openly in some cities and in some you cannot even have a gun. Nevada is one of those screwy states where you used to have to drive around two cities to get to the cities on either side of them as guns were not permitted to be carried in those two city limits. Then try and carry from one state to the other – some states make it a crime if you have a gun without a permit – think NEW YORK.
We need good people who know the Constitution as our legislators and the Lackeys do NOT know the Constitution at all. This is obvious from their statements in the past and currently. Nor will they debate or discuss or have a conversation about what they were taught by the Birchers which is utter nonsense. When you bring up true experts such as Michael Farris, Rob Natelson, David Barton and etc they just walk away as they know they can’t debate these true experts who are used by most all federal judges for their Constitutional knowledge. Have the Lackeys explain why we should use Article VI rather than article V as the Founders intended to amend the constitution and how it is done – that should show you they don’t know of what they speak. NO The Lackeys would NOT make good legislators.

Most newspapers would not publish a long, unprovoked, Comment doing nothing but attacking a couple in a small town like Stevensville.
Much shame on the Bitterroot Star for publishing the very contrived hit piece Comment.
Take out the accusations, aspersions, and insinuations, and the 94 line Comment would be only a few sentences in length.
What happened?
Perhaps the Editor overlooked specious invective of the attack piece Comment?
OK, mistakes happen.
Or worse yet, read it and decided that it did not need to be “moderated”?
