Well, here we go again. Another Montana politician makes the national news. This time it’s U.S. Senator Steve Daines for tweeting a photo he secured of Ukrainian President Zelenskyy on a private Zoom call to members of Congress. Members present at the call were specifically asked by Ukraine not to share the call with anyone. But Daines said it was no big deal, so let’s MOVE ON.
And then we have our esteemed representative Matt Rosendale ridiculed for being one of three House members to vote against a House resolution supporting the besieged people of Ukraine. Finally, we’re blessed with our resident “Outdoorsman,” Kit Carson, whoops, I mean Greg Gianforte, shooting another collared predator. This time a treed cougar instead of a trapped wolf. Both animals ended up along with other victims (including a tackled reporter perhaps?) in Greg’s trophy room for all to admire. And then Greg MOVED ON.
Gianforte, you may recall, once took Great White Hunter Don Trump Jr. on a dangerous prairie dog hunt in Eastern Montana several years ago. And who you might ask, was the “varmint spotter” for this exercise? Why none other than Steve Daines. Some of the prairie dogs that survived just MOVED ON.
I don’t need to cover resident geologist/environmentalist Ryan Zinke’s track record for trying to pollute the great outdoors for corrupt commercial interests while Secretary of the Interior. He resigned in disgrace and now he wants to join Rosendale as our second U.S. Representative. Boy, it sure would be nice if they both actually MOVED ON.

Well, they ain’t no Copper Kings but, they’re trying, in their own inept ways.
