Maryland swings like no other

February 20, 2024 by Guest Post

by Jim Hamilton, Florence

Wow and Holy Baltimore Oriole, Batman! What just happened in our beautiful Big Sky Country state? Well, I’ll tell you. Dryland Eastern Montana rancher Maryland Matt Rosendale was just tossed out the back door of his planned Washington, DC Senate seat. And who did the tossing, you might ask? Why, none other than his Super Hero friend and fellow East Coast politician, The Donald Trump, that’s who.

Now private citizen Trump always demands unquestioned loyalty from his supporters, but he in turn will toss them under his bus in favor of a better-looking apologist (male or female), at the drop of a Big Mac. So, who is Mr. Trump now supporting to run for Jon Tester’s Senate seat? Why, a good-looking ex-Navy Seal from the Midwest, that’s who.

But fear not, fellow Montanans, because outgoing politician Rosendale still loves Trump and is secure with the assistance he’s getting from Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz (House Child Care Officer) and Arizona Talk Show Host Steve Bannon. And waiting in line to run for Mr. Rosendale’s House Seat is none other than the previous holder of the job, Denny Rehberg.

Now, Denny may not have been a Navy Seal, but he was quite good assisting boat team night maneuvers on Flathead Lake. In 2009, he was wounded on one of these operations, but he still made it back to his home port in Washington, DC to vote on an important issue.

Need I say more? Montana may soon be well-represented in Washington with two ex-Navy Seals, a California-trained Senator and a retired lobbyist now residing in Billings. Boy, I can’t wait.

The idiot wanted to close Rocky Mountain Lab. More than Trump didnt want him. Put me on that list. Trump decided to endorse another candidate whom I also support. It is his right. NO one through Rosendale out. He couldnt have beat Tester and the last election was that proof.
