Theresa Manzella’s “Bid for reelection” piece in the Star is quite interesting. Especially where she mentions bills where she “championed” education and parents’ rights.
If you really want to champion education and parents’ rights, why don’t you focus on helping Ravalli County schools and all schools in Montana pass their mill levies? Maybe you could champion increasing funding at the state level. Then schools would have sufficient funding to do what they would like to do working with parents’ and educating children.
Thank you to all educators for the great work you do with what you have!

Carole, it’s GRAMMAR. Looks like you didn’t get much of an education.

What schools REALLY need is BETTER teachers. Teaching ONLY ENGLISH. GRAMMER. MATH, TRUE HISTORY…NOT CRT CRAP, NOT DEI CRAP, GET THE PEDOPHILES OUT OF SCHOOLS. NO DEGENERATE SEXUAL INDOCTRINATION.

Amen. The most important skill to teach in school is reading and comprehension. Most of the kids get their information from books and they aren’t taught how to read them nor are they given advanced reading skills. They need to know. If we got rid of the crap as you call it, our children will be better prepared in schools
