The letter “Response to political parties” was good, as far as it went, but, I must say that from observing the TV ads for candidates, it appears to me that Montana’s politicians are every bit as lying and self serving as any other state’s politicians. Between democracy (mob rule), Democrats/Socialists/Communists and RINOs (Republicans in name only) and the wonderful concept of compromise (as in compromise one’s principles), we have arrived at a government that is close to cradle to grave socialism. A government that takes money from people who earn it to give it to people who did not earn it. One of the ads criticizes a candidate for opposing medical insurance that excludes pre-existing conditions. One may have to stop and think about that one for a moment. Insurance companies are not charities. Neither should the government indulge in charity. It does it extremely inefficiently and usually counter-productively.
Socialism continues, buy more guns.
