Kasey Arceniega, Corvallis’ volleyball coach for the last 10 years has resigned. Arceniega graduated from Corvallis and then went on to play college volleyball at UMWestern. She built up one of the strongest programs in Western Montana with her teams moving on to state every year for the last eight years and even winning state in 2013 with an undefeated record. Numerous players have gone on to play at the college level after having Arceniega as a coach.
Arceniega has been teaching at Hamilton High School but has also resigned there. She will be teaching at Hellgate High School in Missoula this year. She plans on spending more time with her family.
