The Hamilton Golf Course was the scene of the cross country meet last Thursday. Corvallis won the boys team scoring with 22 points, followed by Hamilton, Stevensville and Darby. Corvallis also won the girls with 22. Hamilton had 39 points.
Colter Kirkland of Hamilton finished the course in 16:56 and Corvallis’ Will Flowers was right behind him with a finish time of 16:59. Brian Healy of Corvallis was third with 17:16 and teammate James Wissenbach finished in 17:45. Wes Brown of Stevensville finished out the top five with a time of 17:50.
Hamilton’s Brynnli Poulsen finished first with a time of 20:17 in the girls’ race. She was followed by Katie Gleason of Corvallis who posted a 20:20. Lilli Day, also of Corvallis, was third with 20:41. Gracie Lang of Darby had 20:45 for fourth and Kara Wissenbach finished fifth with 21:22.
