NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT THE NORTH STEVENSVILLE ANNEXATIONThe purpose is to give notice of the passage of the resolution of intent to adopt the North Stevensville Annexation, property that is contiguous to the municipality of Stevensville, so that municipal services can be provided to the property, and to further the establishment of a Tax Increment Financing Industrial District. The North Stevensville Annexation is generally located north of the Eastside Highway from Wildfowl Lane east and adjacent along the south side of Eastside Highway, and south along the railroad corridor. The additional purpose to give notice that for a period of 20 days after first publication of this notice, the Town Clerk shall accept written comments approving or disapproving of the proposed annexation from registered voters residing within the area proposed to be annexed. The final adoption public meeting is to be held before the Stevensville Town Council on Monday, November 22, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. at 206 Buck Street, Stevensville, Montana, to receive written protest from registered voters residing within the area proposed to be annexed and to consider the Resolution to Adopt.
