Montana department of commerce To all interested agencies, groups and persons: The treasure state endowment program (tsep) has prepared a draft environmental assessment for the construction of a bridge for ravalli county. The proposed bridge is located at pleasant view drive over sweathouse creek. Tsep construction grant funds were awarded to ravalli county by the 2009 montana legislature through passage of house bill 11. The project will consist of installing a new pre-cast, pre-stressed concrete bridge. The estimated cost of the project is about $275,000; tsep grant funds will be limited to $137,193.00. The existing structure consists of four, parallel corrugated steel pipe arches. The existing structure has structural and hydraulic deficiencies as well as limited load carrying capacity. A copy of the environmental assessment can be obtained by contacting the department of commerce at the address listed below. SECTION 00100 - INVITATION TO BIDRECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed bids will be received by the Ravalli County Clerk and Recorder Office at 215 South Fourth Street, Suite C, Hamilton, Montana, 59840, until 1:00 p.m. local time on August 12, 2009, for the construction of the Willow Creek Road Rehabilitation project.
