NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The BOARD OF RAVALLI COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will hold a public hearing on June 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room (third floor) of the Administrative Center at 215 S. 4th Street, Hamilton. ADOPTION OF RAVALLI COUNTY WEED DISTRICT LANDOWNER ROADSIDE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

The BOARD OF RAVALLI COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room located on the third floor of the Administrative Building at 215 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT. The purpose of this hearing is to take public comment and make Board decision for adoption of the proposed Landowner Roadside Maintenance Program which includes Landowner Weed Maintenance Signs for landowners who have entered into a Weed Maintenance Agreement in order to manage the noxious weeds along the county roads bordering or running through their land.

PETITION TO ABANDON PIERCE-BAKER ROAD

The BOARD OF RAVALLI COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2009, at 2:00 p.m., in the Commissioners Conference Room (3rd Floor) of the Ravalli County Administrative Center at 215 S. 4th Street, Suite A, Hamilton, MT. The purpose of this public hearing is to take public comment and take action by Resolution on a petition from Trapper Creek Ranch to abandon a Pierce-Baker Road located in Sections 27 and 34 of Township 2 North, Range 21 West beginning West off the West Fork Road just South of Trapper Creek to where the Pierce-Baker Road heads NW onto the US Forest Service.
