Business booming for local ammo company

Business is booming at Bitterroot Valley Ammunition & Components (BVAC) in Stevensville. According to plant manager Misty Browning, the ammunition production industry in general was hammered by the run on ammunition that accompanied the last elections. Torch Run coming through

Ravalli County law enforcement agencies are again taking part in the Torch Run for Special Olympics. This year’s event will be held on Friday, April 29, with officers from the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office, Hamilton Police Department, Darby Marshals, Stevensville Police Department, and Montana Highway Patrol carrying the Flame of Hope through the county on its way to Bozeman for the opening ceremonies of the State Summer Games.
