MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2011 AT 6:00 PM A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, February 14, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of accepting public comment on the Draft Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for the Town of Stevensville / Selway TIFF District. Said public hearing will be held at the Stevensville Town Council chambers located at 206 Buck Street, in Stevensville. The Town Council shall hear public comment, review and consider the following: To review public comments received and consider acceptance/adoption or disapproval of the Draft Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for the Town of Stevensville / Selway TIFF District. The Council shall consider all relevant evidence relating to public health, safety and welfare. Written comments may be delivered to or mailed to the Town Clerk prior to the date of the public hearing at PO Box 30, Stevensville, MT 59870.
