Through this revolutionary and ground-breaking work, McTaggart discusses research in the field of human consciousness that supports the theory that "the universe is connected by a vast quantum energy field" and can be influenced by thought.

This internationally best-selling author draws on the findings of leading scientists from around the world to determine the effects of focused group intention on scientifically quantifiable targets - animal, plant, and human. "The Intention Experiment" attempts to demonstrate that thought is a thing that affects other things. This research also finds that thought generates its own palpable energy that one can use to improve one's life, help others, and change the world.

Lynne McTaggart is an American journalist, author, publisher, and an internationally recognized spokesperson on the science of spirituality. An award-winning author of five books, including "The Field," which has been published in 14 languages, McTaggart has inspired the wildly successful classic movie, "What the BLEEP Do We Know?" She is also co-executive director of Conatus, which publishes some of the worldıs most respected health and spiritual newsletters, including "What Doctors Don't Tell You" and "Living the Field."
