TO BE HEARD BY THE TOWN OF STEVENSVILLE COUNCIL FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT UPDATE #2

Monday, December 14, 2009
6:00 P.M.

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Stevensville Council for the purpose of accepting the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) Update #2 from Professional Consultants, Inc. A presentation of said PER Update #2 was made by Professional Consultants, Inc. to the full Council on November 9, 2009 during a regularly scheduled meeting

The public hearing will be held on the 14th day of December, 2009 at the hour of 6:00 P.M. at the Stevensville Town Council Chambers located at 206 Buck Street in Stevensville.

The Council shall hear public comment, review and consider the following:

The review and acceptance/adoption of the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) Update #2 for the Town of Stevensville Water System Improvements.

The Town of Stevensville Council will, at said time and place, review public comments received and consider acceptance/adoption or disapproval of said PER Update #2. The Council shall consider all relevant evidence relating to public health, safety and welfare.
