Vote out Trump

September 16, 2026 by Guest Post

by Judith Loring, Stevensville

I have watched what has happened since the 1st executive order on 1/1/2025. I have seen, witnessed and felt that now I have no rights as a woman; there are no longer any rights for the disabled; no separation of church from state; denial of climate change coming to fruition with storms, droughts, fires; an anti-union/anti-worker administration; no voting rights protections; our Dept of Education dismantled; USAID dismantled; the Dept of Defense renamed to one of war and, of course, a war started, a war with no clear goals or end point in sight. Now I hear on the news that Trump wants to pay married parents to stay home with their kids even tho 80% of recipients of current funding are single mothers.

Trump is using every aspect of power, of his ability to control others, whether by intimidation, threats or money, to wipe out the work/efforts of generations (including mine, my mother’s), to wipe out the expansion of protections for non-males, especially non-white males. He’s been doing this since the 1st day in office. Ruling by executive order. Trump is narcissistic, racist, does not care for women; he’s power hungry. Why has Congress not acted? Are they all too busy making money (super PAC contributions, stock options, insider trading)? We must elect people who are willing to step up, be vocal, have a backbone, and to hold power to account. Frankly, I am afraid, afraid for me, for my kids,  for my grandkids, for my husband, for this country, and for my state.

Your vote counts. Please vote out Trump and his loyalist cronies.

The majority of the January 6 rioters pled guilty to their crimes. Pleading guilty must mean something different to Trump supporters .

Why did Biden pardon the entire commission convicting the Jan. 6 protesters? Oh, and Hunter?? Judith, Trump is on his last term, you don’t need to be hysterical in trying to vote him out. LMAO

    Tommy,
You have included a series of ugly disinformation in this posting. I will address the worst of the bunch. International aid organizations have conservatively estimated that 14 million disadvantaged people in poor nations will die because of the cuts to USAID. How can anyone with the slightest moral standing dismiss as a waste of taxpayer dollars the life-saving work attributed to this organization. Simple answer: they can’t. How can you sleep at night?

    TJ,
You left out the part where he pardoned hundreds of violent insurrectionaries who attacked police officers and tried to overthrow our government.
    Selective myopia at its finest.

Biden pardoned his entire cabinet and his family.. other than the obvious crimes and mass corruption, they were also pardoned to cover up the political stunt that was January 6. Totally coordinated, rehearsed and fueled by Biden’s FBI.
Trump’s pardons were justice. Biden’s were to cover their asses

January 6 was a political stunt by Biden’s FBI? I would like to see your proof please.

        Still waiting. . . . .

Trump’s first day in office was January 20, 2025. So you did not watch him sign an executive order on January 1. His first in this term was signed January 20, 2025 and was the “America First Policy Directive To The Secretary Of State”.

Now on to your rights that you have lost. Name one. Name one right that you have lost.

Women have lost no rights. The disabled have lost no rights.

Separation of church and state has sadly never been law, and unenforceable. It was written about as an ideal and something we should do by Thomas Jefferson.

The Dept of Education was a complete failure and was created in violation of the Constitution. USAID was funding insane projects and causes in other countries that had nothing to do with the US, US interests or security. Pet projects that did not even involve health initiatives. A complete waste of tax payer dollars. US citizens were paying to fund these insane things. Why?

And to his use of Executive Orders?? They have all done it. Hundreds by each president. The top spot being held by FDR at 3,726.

      Tommy,
You have spread quite a parade of ugly misinformation in this post, but I will address the worst of the bunch: that USAID programs, cut by the Trump administration, was a waste of taxpayer dollars. International aid groups, including the prestigious Doctors Without Borders, estimate that up to 14 million people will die worldwide as a direct result of these heartless cuts.
A simple question: what happened to your humanity?
I foolishly almost asked how do you sleep at night.
I know you sleep just fine since you have lost all sense of empathy and compassion.
Shame on you and your kind.
