The Ravalli County Planning Department is inviting public comment on floodplain application FA-26-14 for work proposed within the FEMA regulated floodplain of the Bitterroot River. The applicant is David Clay. The project is proposing to construct a 50’x72’ non-residential building using post and frame construction. The building will be used for dry storage and includes an elevated entertainment space. The project site is located at 164 Belle Fluer Drive, Florence on Lot 8 of Meadow Vista Tracts Tax ID: 1430800 in Section 01, Township 10 North, Range 20 West, Ravalli County. Detailed information regarding this application is available for review at the Ravalli County Planning Department at 215 S 4th St, Suite F in Hamilton.
