The smoke from the numerous fires around the Northwest put a stop to many outside games on Friday and Saturday. Many of the football games were away games and held in areas where smoke was not so much of an issue. The Hamilton/Stevensville soccer game originally scheduled for September 14 in Hamilton has been rescheduled for Friday, September 21, with the boys playing at 3pm and the girls at 5pm. The Hamilton Invitational Golf Tournament was cancelled and will not be rescheduled. This week’s sporting events will depend upon the air quality as well.
