Sunset provision for future zoning regs approvedBy Michael Howell The Ravalli County Commissioners decided last week to place a sunset provision on any future zoning regulations that might be adopted in the next year or two. This would require voter approval in 2010 of any zoning regulations adopted in the meantime. The commissioners plan on adopting new zoning regulations by sometime in mid-summer 2009. More...
