‘Sunset provision’ for future zoning regs approved

The Ravalli County Commissioners decided last week to place a sunset provision on any future zoning regulations that might be adopted in the next year or two. This would require voter approval in 2010 of any zoning regulations adopted in the meantime. The commissioners plan on adopting new zoning regulations by sometime in mid-summer 2009. More...

Annual river cleanup in the works

FlatIron annexation gets thumbs up from city Planning Board, Zoning Commission

The request by landowners Harold and Brad Milldenberger and Mildenberger Properties LLC, to have 494 acres of land along Golf Course Road annexed into the city of Hamilton took a big step forward last Wednesday evening when the City Planning Board and the Zoning Commission both decided to recommend approval of the annexation request and the proposed zoning of the area. DEQ monitors fuel spill cleanup at airport
