PUBLIC HEARINGEXECUTION OF BUY-SELL AGREEMENT TO VICTOR RURAL FIRE DISTRICT The Board of Ravalli County Commissioners has expressed their intent to sell certain properties to the Victor Rural Fire District as described below. Therefore, the Commissioners will hold a public meeting on Wednesday June 24, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room (3rd Floor) at 215 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT., in order to approve of a Resolution of Intent to enter into the Buy-Sell Agreement with Victor Rural Fire District. The Ravalli County Commissioners will then hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2009, at 8: 30 a.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room (3rd Floor) at the Administrative Center at 215 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT. The purpose of this hearing is to take public comment and adopt a Resolution allowing the Commissioners to enter into a Buy-Sell Agreement (which also incorporates a Lease) between Ravalli County (the seller) and the Victor Rural Fire District (the Buyer) for Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18; Block 4 of the Town of Victor.
