REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSFINANCIAL LENDING FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT RAVALLI COUNTY COURTHOUSE The Ravalli County Commissioners are seeking proposals for the necessary financing of the construction of a remodel of the 9-1-1 Call Center. The estimated loan amount for this construction project will be between $515,000 and $635,000. INVITATION TO BIDRavalli County is accepting bids for construction of the relocation of the Ravalli County 9-1-1 Center and Storage. This Invitation to Bid solicits bids for the dismantling and demolition of walls, ceilings and cabinets in the existing space and replacing this office space with new walls, floors and finishes to accommodate the new 9-1-1 call center. There are two existing plant wells in the lobby that will have new walls and floors built; two stories, for additional storage, and a former elevator shaft that will have floors and doors added for additional storage. The most northerly storage space will become a new Sheriffs visiting area. This relocation of the new 9-1-1 call center and additional storage project includes mechanical, electrical, data, security and fire sprinkler work plus the addition of a new, secure light well on the northeast side of the building, exterior.
