This sale is to be to the highest bidder, for cash, to satisfy a judgment of $3,564,394.85 which includes costs of the sale and other costs, but does not include accruing interest. This sale is being held in accordance with MCA 25-13-701(c) pursuant to a default judgment entered in the District Court of Yellowstone County on the 10th day of August, 2008, under Cause No. DV 01-822, and subsequently transcribed on the 11th day of June, 2008, to the District Court of Ravalli County under Cause No. DV-08-325.

There is no guarantee as to the condition of the property, and the sale is subject to a one year right of redemption by the Plaintiff or their assigns.

The project consists of placing logs and rip-rap to stabilize a bank in the 100-year floodplain. Town Council & County Commissioners will meet to discuss Middle Burnt Fork Road
Monday, February 9, 2009
7:00 p.m.

A discussion will be held on Monday, February 9, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers located at 206 Buck Street, Stevensville, Montana between Town Council Members, County Commissioners, County Road Department, Town of Stevensville’s Water/Sewer Superintendent and Streets and Alley Superintendent to discuss Middle Burnt Fork Road issues. A public comment will be held during the meeting.

This Notice will be published in the Ravalli Republic on February 2nd and the Bitterroot Star on February 9th, 2009.
