Stevi school hires Kalispell firm to manage building projectBy Michael Howell At a special school board meeting held Tuesday, January 26, the Stevensville School Board of Trustees agreed to hire, with a few conditions, Swank Enterprises of Kalispell as the contract manager at risk to manage the construction of a new school building on campus. The $8.8 million building project was approved by voters last November. The project calls for a new 4-8 building, and a percentage of a music center, multipurpose room, stage and kitchen, and the demolition of the junior high building, 4-6 building and junior high shop and English building.
