The estimated loan amount is $425,000. The County is considering submitting an application to TSEP and wants to obtain public comment on the proposal. Ravalli County Road & Bridge Department will file on or about February 22, 2010 a notification of intent to transfer location of an air quality permit with the Permitting and Compliance Division/Air and Waste Management Bureau of the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. Applicant seeks approval of this transfer of location of 1985 El Jay Crusher & Related Equipment, Air Quality Permit #3011-02, to Hamilton Airport Pit, T6N R20W Section 19, Hamilton Airport Road east of Hamilton, Montana. The division must approve or disapprove the permit transfer within 30 days of receipt of a complete notice of intent.
