Supreme Court denies injunction over settlement agreement

The Montana Supreme Court, on Thursday, denied a motion for an injunction to stop the implementation of a settlement agreement reached last summer between the county and about a dozen developers while a lawsuit challenging the agreement is being decided. This ruling effectively lifts the stay that the Supreme Court put in place last November while it considered the appeal of the District Court’s denial of an injunction. More...
