Wayne Hedman sells Mega Raffle tickets amidst a paper apple orchard during last weekend's 28th Annual Macintosh Apple Day. This festival celebrates a time when the Bitterroot boasted the largest apple orchards in the world. The festival is also a fundraiser for the Ravalli County Museum, and features everything from apple pies, apple butter, games and entertainment to artists, craftsmen and food vendors at the final Farmer's Market of the year.
