YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to answer the Verified Complaint in this action, which is filed in the office of the clerk of this court, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to file your written answer and serve a copy thereof upon the Plaintiff’s attorney within twenty one days after the service of this Summons, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default, for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint.
This is a proceeding to quiet title to the following described real property situated in Ravalli County, Montana:
A portion of Homestead Entry Survey No. 535, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record with the County Clerk and Recorder of Ravalli County, Montana, described as follows:
That portion of Tract B of said H.E.S. #535, included between two parallel lines; the first which commences at a point North 34°46’E. 1950 feet from corner No. 12 of said Tract B and extends thence N.52°57’ W. to the Northwesterly boundary of said Tract B; and the second of which commences at a point N.34°46’E 2150 feet from said corner No. 12 and extends thence N.52°57’W to the Northwesterly boundary of said Tract B.
SUBJECT TO roadway and irrigation ditch easements and rights of way existing of record or as evident upon the ground.
SUBJECT TO an easement and right of way known as the Laird Creek Road Project and recorded in Book 96, page 488.
