Former President Trump, his running mate, and Republican officeholders are lying to you when they say that the Biden administration let 13,099 murderers into this country. Democrats, in full election mode, don’t call out this lie in detail because they are convinced that you, the voter, are more interested in whether they are tough on border security than in hearing the truth. This lie was concocted from a letter sent Rep Tony Gonzales from ICE director Lechleitner about how many non-citizens in the country had committed a crime but were not currently in ICE custody, and it included 13,099 convicted of murder. The problem is that this includes individuals who entered this country over the last 40 years. It includes individuals who may be currently incarcerated by federal, state or local law enforcement. It includes immigrants who are not here illegally. Whenever anyone makes the point to a MAGA supporter that illegal immigrants have a much lower crime rate than the US population, they will retort vigorously that “they shouldn’t be here!” That’s a valid point that can be made without lying about immigrants being rapists, murderers and terrorists, imported by the Democrats to win the election. This is because lying is still wrong.

One more time, Bill. From Polifact:
Noncitizens who live in Washington, D.C., gained the right to vote from a 2022 law passed by the Council of the District of Columbia, the local legislative body. Mayor Muriel Bowser approved the law, which took effect Feb. 23, 2023. The Instagram post mentions “a bill passed during the Obama (administration);” President Barack Obama’s second and final presidential term ended in January 2017.
In the United States’ capital, resident noncitizens can vote only in local elections for positions including mayor, attorney general, city council member, State Board of Education member or Advisory Neighborhood Commission member. Noncitizens can also vote on local referendums, ballot initiatives and recalls.
As of April 30, 372 noncitizen residents had registered to vote, according to the District of Columbia Board of Elections. With 450,750 total registered voters as of that date, noncitizens comprised less than 1% of the district’s registered voters.

Here we go again, Bill:
CLAIM: A bill signed into law this week by Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer prohibits vote recounts based on election fraud allegations.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The bill, SB 603, does not prohibit such recounts, according to two state senators involved in updating the laws around recounts. It stipulates that candidates may request a recount if they have a “good-faith belief” that they would have had a “reasonable chance” to win the election if not for an “error” in the vote counting process. That means that the number of votes the petitioning candidate requests to be recounted must be greater than the difference of votes between them and the winning candidate.
THE FACTS: After Whitmer, a Democrat, signed the bill on Monday, social media users misrepresented what it will mean for the ability to obtain recounts.

Regarding the election. Explain to me why in D.C. they are allowing non citizens to vote. Or maybe why in California, Newsom signed a law that you CANNOT ask for a voter ID? Democrat Michigan lawmakers just passed a law that election results can not be reviewed.
I had to show some stupid Covid Vaccine ID card to get a Beer, but an ID is too much to ask? Give me a break. We all know why the floodgates were opened.
I also notice you say these numbers go back 40 years. the Border was pretty secure most of that time, but you did not tell us how many of those 13K came in the last 4 years during the largest immigration inflow in our nation’s history
