Section 3 Notice
Sapphire Manor, LLLP has been awarded National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) funds and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as administered by the Montana Department of Commerce (MDOC), and the City of Hamilton has received an allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from HUD as administered by MDOC in support of this project to acquire and rehabilitate a 60-unit senior apartment complex known as he Manor in Hamilton, Montana.
Regulations governing these funds require that to the greatest extent feasible, opportunities for training and employment arising in connection with this proposed project will be extended to local lower-income residents. Further, to the greatest extent feasible, business concerns located in or substantially owned by residents of the project area will be utilized.
