Landlords need to take care of our town

This is to the greedy landlords who rent homes that have turned into ghettos right here in town. It is now obvious all you care about is money. City records document who you are. You allow homes and then neighborhoods you don’t live in to look seedy and run down because you refuse to mow lawns, water lawns, fix broken screens, get rid of noxious weeds, pick up piles of dog poop in front and backyards, quiet CONSTANTLY barking dogs, and allow way too many people/cars for the size of the property. Complaints go unheeded because it’s not YOUR neighborhood. 

Yes, why care about others. “All about me and my money” is the motto, I guess. 

But kudos to the tenant that quiets their dog(s), picks up after it, tends to their home because of self respect and pride. But you are not the norm, unfortunately. But the blame falls squarely on the LANDLORD.
