Athletes from Corvallis, Hamilton, and Stevenville competed in the Class A State Track Meet in Butte on May 26th – May 28th. In the boy’s team standings, Hamilton finished 2nd, Corvallis finished 5th, and Stevensville placed 18th. For the girls, Corvallis finished 2nd, Hamilton took 10th, and Stevensville took 15th.
State Champions
Corvallis’s Madison Lewis won the girl’s shot put with a throw of 40-06.25, and placed 4th in the discus (116-06).
Corvallis’s Olivia Lewis won the 400m if a time of 59.01, and took 2nd in both the 100m hurdles (15.54) and the 300m hurdles (45.39).
Hamilton’s Lane Cole won the 1600m with a time of 4.25.25, and took 2nd in both the 800m (1:56.61) and 3200m (10:06.00).
Corvallis’s Brinson Wyche won the 3200m in a time of 10:01.06, and took 2nd in the 1600m (4:25.26) and 3rd in the 800m (1:58.33).
Hamilton’s Colter Kirkland won the 800m with a time of 1:55.35, took 4th in the 1600m (4:34.15). Hamilton’s Andrew Burrows won the discus with a throw of 166-09, and took 6th in the shot put (46-10.50).
Hamilton’s Taylor Searle won the pole vault with a jump of 14-06.
Corvallis’s relay team of Rauly Jessop, Gideon Boswell, Aiden Reed, and Derek Criddle won the 4x400m relay.

The 4×400 relay team of Eli Taylor, Lane Cole, Max Cianflone, and Colter Kirkland took 2nd.
Chesnee Lawerence took 3rd in the pole vault (10-03).
Ayda Griffin took 4th in the high jump (5-00) and 6th in the discus (115-10).
Tyson Bauder took 4th in the 100m (11.24) and 6th in the 200m (22.67).
Eli Taylor took 4th in the 400m (50.98).
Colter Purcell took 4th in the 3200m (10:14.39).
Andrew Carmody took 4th in the pole vault (13-00).
The 4×100 relay team Tyson Bauder, Max Cianflone, Tyson Rostad, and Eli Taylor took 4th.
Mya Winkler took 5th in the discus (116-00) and 6th in the shot put (35-00.25).
Kinga Kari took 5th in the 3200m (12:47.26).
Harrison Silverio took 5th in the 3200m (10:16.53).

Amara Auch took 2nd in the 3200m (12:17.61).

The relay team of Tyisha Lewis, Farah Wyche, Rylee Herbstritt, and Olivia Lewis took 2nd in the 4×400 relay, and 5th in the 4×100 relay.
Rylee Herbstritt took 3rd in the 100m hurdles (15.93), and 5th in the 300m hurdles (47.46).
Aiden Reed took 4th in the 330m hurdles (15.96).
Derek Criddle finished 5th in the 800m (2:02.30) and 6th in the high jump (5-10).
Tahnee Lewis took 5th in the javelin (108-05).
