Boys Scouts of America is celebrating its 102nd birthday this month. In honor of this celebration, our Hamilton Troop #1976 wants to thank everybody in our community for their support.
Throughout the years, you have consistently purchased popcorn from us to help fund our activities. You have also been very generous in donating to our local food drives. Our community has always welcomed us and invited our troop to participate in a variety of activities and good causes here in the Bitterroot.
Thank you for allowing us to perform the good deeds that we do in return. Our community service projects have included: leading flag ceremonies for several events including the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life for Ravalli County, SAFE’s Take Back the Night, Earth Day weed pull, preparing and placing crosses at the cemetery in honor of Memorial Day, marching in the Corvallis Memorial Day and the Ravalli County Fair parades, the Bitterroot River Clean-up Project, managing the parking lot and assisting at the Knights of Columbus Cajun Food Booth at the Ravalli County Fair; and leaf-raking at The Teller.
Thank you for your on-going support! We couldn’t do it all without your help!!
