Bitterroot football scores (September 11th)

Hamilton 41, LIbby 0

The Hamilton Broncs traveled to Libby on Friday, September 11, to play the Loggers. Hamilton controlled the game throughout and felled the Loggers 41-0. 

Individually for Hamilton, senior running back Jude Widmer had 13 rushes for 100 yards and three touchdowns, quarterback Cooper Weston completed 9 of 12 passes for 205 yards and two touchdowns, and both Easton Hollis and Kaeden Gum had touchdown receptions. On defense, Cash Williams led the Broncs with 9 total tackles and 1.5 sacks. 

Hamilton (2-1) has a bye this week. The following week on Friday, September 25, Hamilton hosts Stevensville. 

Corvallis 0, #4 Whitefish 31

Corvallis played at #4 Whitefish (406 MT Sports) on Friday, September 11, and lost 0-31. Corvallis played hard but was unable to generate enough offense to hang with the Bulldogs. Marshall Jessop led the Blue Devils with 14 total tackles, and Ayden Spencer and Payton Lewis each had 11 total tackles.

Corvallis (1-2) has a bye this week, then hosts Butte Central on Friday, September 25. 

Stevensville 50, Park 13

The Stevensville Yellowjackets won their second game in a row on Friday, September 11, in Livingston as they defeated Park 50-13. Stevensville led 12-7 at halftime, then exploded in the second half scoring 38 points to earn the lopsided victory.

Individually for Stevensville, QB Luca Schmidt had a big game, completing 17 of 23 passes for 359 yards and four touchdowns. Schmidt also rushed for 102 yards and scored two rushing touchdowns. RB Jake Nyholm had 23 carries for 151 yards and a touchdown. WR Kaden Wyant had 10 catches for 165 yards and three touchdowns. WR Liam Euker had 6 receptions for 164 yards and a touchdown.

Stevensville (2-1) has a bye this week, then travels to Hamilton on Friday, September 25.
