What’s crazy now?

June 17, 2026 by Guest Post 6 Comments

by Marilyn Wolff, Stevensville

Every day there is something crazy to stun us. We can’t stop for now the worst policies of this administration but there is light at the end of the tunnel.  Here are a few of my concerns:

Entrance Fees to National Parks being funneled to Trump’s DC vanity projects. There is a huge backlog of maintenance for Glacier NP and Yellowstone NP.  Montana’s lost fees amount to $230 million going to things like the painted ultra blue reflection pool in the national mall, which has a major underground leak.

November 2025 the House and Senate unanimously passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act and President Trump signed it.  The totality of files is yet to be released unredacted except for the survivor names. Americans, left and right, want these files released now.

The screwworm, a flesh eating fly larvae has been found in Texas cattle. Guess what happens when a program from the 1960’s is stopped to protect US cattle. Who stopped it?  DOGE is why. The young computer geeks Musk sent in every agency did not know the significance of the program which introduced sterile files for years and protected the cattle industry. Now Brooke Rollins, Secretary of the USDA and the GOP want you to believe it was Biden. Stop with the Biden blame game when he is long gone from office.

“Every day there is something crazy to stun us”. This reminds me of Rachael Maddow the night Trump won in 2016. The media keeps feeding the gullible and the humor never ends.

Obama spent $34M on the reflecting pool and it actually got worse. Trump came in at 1/3 of that and it works great. 400,000 children child trafficked under Biden with horror stories surfacing as Trump;s administration recovers them. Care to comment Marilyn?
While you Dems clutch your pearls about your conspiracy theories, Trump just took down the world’s #1 sponsor of terrorism, has uncovered Hundreds of billions of dollars in government fraud, has the best economy in the world, and is planning a kick ass party to celebrate America. wake up

Cav, your nose must be terribly sore since Trump leads you around by it constantly. FYI, the “blue” reflecting pool Trump “fixed” is a slimy moss green.

At least our president knows how to pay his bills. Your hero, Obama, just stiffed all of his black contractors after they finished his god awful, piece of crap museum in Chicago. You must be so proud to be a Democrat… By the way, I’m thinking you must also have failed in securing any long term investments or savings because those of us that were smart enough to mange our money are having a great time with this economy. THANK YOU TRUMP!

I have no doubt the Obama Foundation will fully honor all financial obligations. Unlike Trump who has a lifelong tradition of not paying workers. And yes, I am proud to be a democrat.
