No more than four points separated Corvallis and Stevensville throughout their entire game on Thursday night. With nothing but bragging rights on the line, both teams gave it their all with Corvallis eventually coming out the winner, 64-60.
Every time Corvallis would make a bit of a run, Stevensville bounced right back and hit their own buckets. Corvallis sank four of their last six free throws to extend their lead and win the game. Colby Meeds and Devlin Sherman had break out games for Stevensville with 24 and 11 points respectively. Logan Roth, who Liang Liedle stuck to like glue the entire game, still was able to score 11 points for the ‘Jackets. Caleb Warnken had 19 points for Corvallis and Tanner Jessop added 15.

The Hamilton Broncs narrowly escaped the Frenchtown Broncs on Friday night with a 63-62 win. Hamilton relied upon a 24 point fourth quarter to come from behind for the win. Hunter Omlid had 20 points to lead all scorers.

Victor picked up two wins over the weekend. On Thursday, they defeated Clark Fork, 60-51. After jumping out to an early lead, the Pirates held off the Mountain Cats for the win. Senior Tristin Chavez had 22 points with Skyler Webberson adding 20. Mason Agee added 15 and JD Kay and Garritt Gleason added three more points.
Friday night, the Pirates defeated Valley Christian, 67-52. Agee had a career high 33 points. Chavez added 20. Webberson had eight points and Cameron Moore and JD Kay added four and two points respectively.
Darby maintained their momentum with a 58-31 win over Charlo. Dylan Parks dropped in 24 points and Brandon Winters had 15. Cole Kayser had 10 points. Nelson Smith had four points, Daniel Muir had three points and Tyler Davis had two points to round out the Tiger scoring.
Stevensville lost to Dillon, 40-21. Logan Roth had nine points for the Yellowjackets. Florence lost to Deer Lodge, 58-42. Jacob Round had 14 points and Brendan Bailey added 12. Florence lost to Anaconda, 52-37.
