Stevensville had a strong win over Polson on Friday at the Tip Off Tournament. The Lady Yellowjackets came out on fire with sophomore Kennedy Praast hitting three three-point shots in the first quarter. That gave the Lady ‘Jackets the edge and they continued to push the ball and the score while playing tough defense. Praast and Angel Richards each had 15 points.

Corvallis took on Browning in their first game. Browning took an early lead and never let up in their running game. They went on to. Win, 53-30. Call Haldorson had 11 points for Corvallis.

Hamilton fell to Whitefish in a close game on Friday. Although
Whitefish went on to win, 34-31. Mariola Tesoro had 11 points for Hamilton.

Corvallis fell to Libby in Saturday’s game, 42-31. After falling behind in the first quarter, Corvallis was never able to make up the difference. Haldorson had 13 points and Ashlynn Nixon finished with 10 points.
