REQUEST/CALL FOR BIDS
LEASE OF RAVALLI COUNTY COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY AT 192 KURTZ LANE, HAMILTON, MT
The Board of County Commissioners are calling for bids to lease County Commercial/Industrial property located at 192 Kurtz Lane in Hamilton, MT 59840. The property contains office space (448 SF); a small addition office space (304 SF) and a garage (52’X36’ = 1,872 SF; approximately 2,624 SF total).
Bids are due by Friday, May 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Ravalli County Clerk & Recorder’s Office located at 215 S. 4th Street Suite C, Hamilton, Montana 59840.
On Wednesday, June 03, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the Ravalli County Commissioners will open the bids received and may possibly award the bid, at that time. Upon award of the successful bidder, the lessee will enter into a contract with Ravalli County (lessor).
