I must thank you for the great article about the “Magnificent Seven” in the Oct. 12 paper. What an encouragement for these special teenagers and a joy for this grandma to see positive recognition of long hours of practice and hard work as a team.
We have many special teenagers in our valley, many of them attend our youth group, in fact so many that we are in desperate need of a larger facility.
With so many empty buildings in our town, is there one that could be used for their weekly meetings and even more youth could attend? We have the very best youth pastors in Trevor and Brittany Eshuis; they council and come alongside young people who are looking for guidance in our troubled times.
If you have an unused space in town, why not let it be used to bless this good work? You will be so rewarded to make a difference in the lives of many young people.
