I have noted the letters regarding the choice of a politician. Especially the one from a wife and her veteran husband advocating the continuance of the Obama’s affordable care socialist legislation. Sadly, it is anything but “affordable.”
Anytime government does something that private enterprise should do, it does it extremely inefficiently and counterproductively. Remember now, the chairman of the Communist Party USA, in the mid 1950s, when asked about the future of his party said that there was no longer a need for it as the Democrat party had adopted seventy percent of their agenda. And, the functional definition of “democracy” is: That form of government whereby the stupid and lazy can vote themselves the fruits of the labors of the intelligent and the industrious simply because they outnumber them. The history books will not tell you that the Founding Fathers abhorred democracy.
A successful businessman, Trump makes decisions based on fact, logic and analysis, not by holding a wet finger to the political wind.
Any politician that votes to take money from those who earn it to give it to those who did not earn it should be given a last cigarette, a blindfold and a brick wall.
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.
