The Darby boys and girls traveled to Plains on Friday, December 12. The Darby boys outscored the Horsemen 19-11 in the 4th quarter and earned a 57-47 victory.
The Darby girls trailed the Trotters 20-28 at halftime and weren’t able to mount a comeback and lost 43-55. For Darby, Hadley Heiland had a big game, scoring 26 points. Natalie Anderson added 9 points.
Victor
The Victor girls went to Hot Springs on Saturday, December 13 and were defeated 29-51 by the Savage Heat. Yes, the Hot Springs team name is the Savage Heat. For Victor, Brooklyn Cary led with 9 points, Nichole Bugli and Stella Jordan each had 6, and Lili Buchanan, Asia Parks and Sadie Davis each added 2.
