Senator Jon Tester has “struck out.” The 2016 election should set the stage for his defeat in 2018. He has been an Obama lackey since the president first took office. Montanans could actually suggest that we have two senators in one. There is the Washington, D.C. senator who faithfully follows the Democratic Party line and the Obama agenda, and the down-home farmer senator who gets his photo ops and tells us what he thinks we want to hear when he comes home.
From his vote in favor of Obama Care to voting in support of Obama’s disastrous Iranian Nuclear deal, Tester has consistently voted in opposition to the majority of Montanans. We did not support an Obama presidency in 2008 or 2012, yet we have a senator who backs the liberal agenda of the Obama administration 100%. His vote was key in approving Iran’s ability to obtain a nuclear bomb. He chose to go along with President Obama rather than represent the majority of his constituents, many of whom had expressed their sincere concerns about the entire deal. His “yes” vote was another confirmation of his loyalty to this president over that of Montanans and the security of our nation.
Yes, this vote was yet another strike against the people of Montana and America. The first strike was his vote against supporting traditional marriage, and the second was his vote in favor of continued federal funding of Planned Parenthood and their business of selling unborn baby parts. How can he vote for approving funding for such an organization after viewing the horrendous information revealed in the recent videos? Of course, most likely he didn’t even take time to view the evidence because his loyalty is first and foremost in support of the president’s agenda no matter what the issue.
Because Senator Tester has, at the very least, three strikes against him, we should see to it that he has “struck out” regarding his attempt for reelection in 2018. If he believes there is plenty of time between now and the election, and Montanans will forget or overlook his continual liberal voting record, then let’s prove him wrong. Let’s show him that the people of Montana have great memories. It just doesn’t sit well when our elected officials portray themselves one way in D.C. and another at home. We want to know we’re dealing with the “real McCoy.”
So, maybe even now in 2015 it isn’t too early to set the stage for a “Tester Must Go in 2018” or “Tester Has Struck Out” campaign. Everywhere he campaigns for others in 2016, he should be reminded about his close association with Barrack Obama and his continual support of a failed administration.
As we all know, in the game of baseball, with three strikes, you’re out. Tester has reached that point and then some when it comes to his support of Obama. It is obvious that he has been an integral part of the Obama Administration, so let’s ask him to resign and leave office at the same time we bid a fond farewell to his infamous leader. That would allow us the opportunity to vote for a new fresh face, someone who finally represents us equally well in Washington, D.C. and in Montana.

I think you are wrong there…I think for a supposed democrat, he has been tilted to the right..He may have agreed with this administration on a couple of things, and I see nothing wrong with agreeing when it’s right, but mostly I have believed him to be a republican in democrats clothing…for instance the “clean forest Act” which is decimating what is left of our forests, he is however on the side of the military, which I commend him for , being military myself, but typically I see him as being pretty conservative…I guess we would rather have that then the brainless fanatical rightwing.
