Overstreet supports small business

My staff and I would like to thank Greg Overstreet for supporting HB 740, also known as the Montana Pharmacy Protection Bill. This bill is a good step towards regulating Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), offering protections to both patients and pharmacies. Independent pharmacies are closing at an alarming rate, most often due to the anti-competitive nature of PBMs. Thank you, Greg!
