Are there any Reagan Republicans left?

February 25, 2025 by Guest Post

by Jim Hamilton, Florence

Well, it took less than a month in office for Mr. Trump to throw the President of Ukraine under the bus. It came after our President conferred with Russia’s President and promptly blamed Ukraine for Russia’s 2022 invasion. So, what did Mr. Zelensky do to upset our fearless leader while Agent Orange was probably watching his favorite old movie “The Manchurian Candidate”? All he said was Trump was living in a “Russian disinformation space,” and that set President Bone Spurs off.

Trump called Zelensky a ‘dictator’ and said he better secure peace with Putin or risk losing his country. So, when did the Republicans become the Party of Appeasement with Communist Dictators? Former President Ronald Reagan gave a famous speech in 1987 at the Brandenburg Gate where he said “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” Apparently, our Putin Puppet thought it meant “and let me build a better one!”

I hope the Maggot followers of Agent Orange are happy now that he’s demonstrated where his heart truly sits . . . in the lap of his boss “Putin the Magnificent.” Oh, the horror, the horror.

Well, I think your comment demonstrates where you heart truly sits, too, and it surely doesn’t seem to be loving, peaceful, and tolerant.

First off, we’re done with Ukraine. That’s what the majority voted for in November.
Second, why is it nobody can account for much of the money sent to Ukraine? Even Zelensky admitted as such.
Third, Change your channel. Zelensky is flying to see Trump on Friday and work out a peace treaty. You get results when you include BOTH sides in the negotiation, something Biden was incapable of. Reagan used the same approach speaking with Gorbachev so stuff your phony Reagan Republican garbage.
Your post aged like the milk I left on the counter last weekend.

Nailed IT! Reagan also called them the Evil Empire however negotiated with them. His style is perhaps different than that of Reagan however effective. I happen to be a Reagan Republican and I like Trumps approach. Both Ukraine and Russia need us more than we need them. Ukraine should be thrown under the bus.

I’m sorry Bill, you’re all wet! According to ABC News: “Zelenskyy’s recent score of 57% in the KIIS poll was higher than Trump’s backing in recent US surveys–for example, 46.6% with 538, 47% with YouGov/The Economist and 48% with Gallup.” You should try listening to something other than the Trump Misinformation Channel.

      Vote totals 2024 presidential election:
Eligible voters (not registered voters); 245 million
      Trump: 77,302,580 votes, or 49.8%.
      Harris: 75,017,613 votes, or 48.3%
Eligible voters not voting: approx. 89,000, or 36%.
Trump won a plurality, not a majority, and certainly not a landslide.

LOL You did notice Carlotta that the 77 million Trump votes were reported as that number the day after the election and Kamel Toe was at about 65 Million and then for two weeks her numbers grew and his didnt. Not by even 1 vote. So only demoncrap votes continued to come in AFTER the polls closed? LOL
