Vote Mullen, Bidegaray, Lynch

August 27, 2024 by Guest Post

by Wayne Adair, Hamilton

I write to emphasize the importance of voting for Jesse Mullen for Montana Secretary of State as articulated by Linda Schmitt’s recent letter.

The current SOS, Christi Jacobsen, has little regard for state law and less for voters’ rights. When she declared signatures of hundreds of voters on a constitutional initiative were ineligible she proved her disregard for the office. A judge ruled Jacobsen’s office had no right to decree signatures of inactive voters were ineligible. She appealed to the state Supreme Court which affirmed the lower court’s ruling.

We need a Secretary of State who respects the law, and the rights of voters. Mullen is that person.

But electing an honest Secretary of State is only the first step.

Our state legislature is rife with Republicans who pass unconstitutional laws. They believe their super majority is a blank check to do whatever they please. Hamilton’s Jason Ellsworth, senate president, stands out as the leader of these legislative bullies.

Here, the state Supreme Court shines as the bulwark protecting citizens from these outrageous laws.

We must elect justices to protect Montana’s Constitution.

The candidates most qualified for this duty are Jeremiah Lynch and Katherine Bidegaray. Both are native Montanans with extensive legal experience and have expressed a commitment to defend the Montana Constitution. They deserve the chance to serve the citizens of Montana and stand up to the elected tyrants in Helena who would blatantly ignore the law for their own selfish ends.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has nowhere near the wealth you claim. I defy you to prove she is so rich.

“Ocasio-Cortez’s latest financial disclosure report, filed Sept. 12, 2022, showed assets amounting to $4,004 to $60,000. It listed four assets — one savings account, one checking account, one brokerage account and a 401(k) plan. Each asset ranges from $1,000 to $15,000. For liabilities, the report listed student loans amounting to $15,001 to $50,000. Under gifts, an engagement ring is also listed, worth $3,057.04.

Similar to what we reported in 2021, this means her liabilities could be worth more than her assets.

We could not find any credible reports that show her net worth being anything close to $29 million..”

Sheehy is NOT a self made millionaire. He was born into a rich family and used millions of his Daddy’s money. And his business FAILED—it lost millions just before he bailed out, and up until that moment he paid himself millions.. Oh, and the millions that his company took in was all government money—you and I as taxpayers lined Sheehy’s pockets.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, couldn’t pay her rent when she took congress.
Now she is worth $29 MILLION Dollars 5 years later.

Tell me a Succesful businessman who did not fail. IT is part of the game.

While Jon Tester was fattening up with Money from Lobbyists, Sheehy was fighting for your freedom.
