Ex-president Donald Trump is ineligible to ever run for any office according to the 14th Amendment. Sec. 3. It prohibits: anyone who has previously taken the oath of office for the United States from holding public office, if they have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the United States.
The January 6 insurrection disqualifies Mr. Trump from ever running for office. Email your Secretary of State, Christie Jacobson, sosbusiness@mt.gov or call 406 444-2034.

There was no “insurrection” on Jan 06, unless your referring to a bunch of idiots walking around in the capitol building being escorted by capital police. Secondly, Trump has been convicted of nothing. Thirdly, if you believe the polling data Trump is tied with Biden nation wide. A reasonable person would look at Trump and wonder how he could be tied with a geriatric dementia driven old man that has been a horrific president. Trump is hugely beneficial to the democrats. He will motivate the dems and bring down the entire republican ticket in every state. Finally, disqualifying candidates is the job of the voter, let’s let them decide who is and is not fit.

This is a great comment Alan. Thank you for posting it. However, the latest polls I’ve seen Trump is so far ahead of Biden Biden could ride his bike and not even catch up.

Yes, let’s do please. And if you find anything that either he and his son has done that was illegal, please, by all means charge them & let them be judged by a jury of their peers.
