The SAFE pie breakfast was a big success.
Thank you to everyone who made the first annual Pie Breakfast on April 29th a huge success. In 2.5 hours we raised over $4500 for SAFE in the Bitterroot! Since everything was donated, every single penny raised went directly to SAFE. A massive thank you to the Rocky Mountain Grange #116 for the free use of the grange hall and to The Flaming Suzettes for their beautiful music. An extra special thank you goes out to all the individuals who donated over 75 delicious quiches and pies, including the Faith Lutheran ladies who showed up with a literal carload of quiche. Without all your delicious offerings, Pie Breakfast could not have happened. Another big thank you goes out to all the individuals and businesses who donated items for the silent auction and raffle. A gigantic thank you goes out to everyone who volunteered their time and energy to making Pie Breakfast a success. We could not have done it without you. Last, but certainly not least, thank you to everyone who took a chance on a new event and came out to eat pie, bid on silent auction items, buy raffle tickets, listen to live music, raise money for a very important cause and mingle with your community. We look forward to many more Pie Breakfasts in the years to come and we hope to see you there!
