Thursday, May 4th, is national Day of Prayer. Yes, we still have a special day to pray for America, although you will probably not hear about it on the news media.
As a nation, we have rejected God, turned from his ways and embraced evil to the point where good is called evil and evil is called good. Turning back to God is our only hope. “If my people, which are called by name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
We need to be praying everyday for America, but on May 4th let us unite together, all across the nation, in repentance and seeking God in fervent prayer. If you do not have a group to pray with, and would like to join with others, the Lone Rock Bible Church will be having a time of praise, prayer and patriotic music from 11:00 to 12:00. Please come and join us if you can. Lone Rock Church is located on Three Mile Creek Road, just north of Lone Rock School. But regardless of where or when, on May 4th, remember to pray for America.

Yes, please pray. It’s literally the very least anyone can do to change anything. Two hands working will always do more than a thousand clasped in prayer..
