The 68th Montana Legislature is in session.
The Republican party holds more than ⅔ of the 100 seats in the Montana House, and ⅔ of the 50 seats in the Montana Senate.
The Republican led supermajority legislature may vote on the exact language of Constitutional amendments that we the people might vote on in 2024.
