The search of Donald Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago was authorized by a federal judge because of “probable cause” of not only obstruction of justice, but of espionage. When the FBI searched Trump’s home he had boxes of top secret information plus information so secret the FBI cannot describe it to us.
Trump is accused of Espionage Act 18 USC 2071, which is concealment, removal or mutilation of secret documents. He is also accused of 18 USC 793, gathering, transmitting or losing defense information. And also 18 USC 1519, destruction, alteration, or falsifying of records in a federal investigation.
Evidence of all of these charges were found at Mar-a-Lago. Both Politico and NBC reported these developments on 8/12/2022.
This is not surprising from a president who lied from the beginning. However, shame on those Republicans who supported one of the worst examples of humanity ever to walk the face of the earth. We cannot afford to keep elected public servants who supported a lying, cheating, immoral president. He now is no longer just a thug and criminal, he is a traitor to this country. His supporters must be put in jail or at least eliminated from public office because they cannot tell the truth from lies or right from wrong. Those who support and give aid to a traitor are criminals and his followers must be voted out of office.

I forgot to address your other points: Know how the documents were locked up? By a second lock that the government wanted put on when they and Trump were discussing the documents. Hmmm you ignored that point didn’t you? and what is this about lying? On what? Kind of like Biden lying about Afghanistan where he let 13 americans die? Or that he didn’t know about his son’s activities or money incoming? Hmmmm? How is trump a lying cheating immoral president? Hmmmm? according to whom? YOU? How do you know he has behaved immorally?
