John Schneeberger and G. Greenwood (June 29, 2022 Opinion letters) have again totally missed the point. “Termination of pregnancy” is a euphemism for murder of an unborn human being. Period. Scientists all over the world agree that human life begins at conception. Get with the science. Every unborn child has the same rights as its mother, father, and every other US citizen.
Sen. Diane Sands was quoted on page 14 of the same issue welcoming abortion supporters “to the battlefield”. Pro-life advocates have been on the battlefield for 49
years. She should talk to them about “courage” and “commitment”. There were a lot of fighting angry people in this country when slavery was outlawed, but when God is on your side justice will ultimately prevail. “Thou shalt not kill.”

I am not a “Christian” Gomez – but I do believe in God. I call on the Lord to keep our military, our LEOS of all kinds and my family safe as well as to protect this land and our people…including you. Now aren’t you glad that I hope you are kept well and safe?

Until you can prove that your god even exists please keep them out of our public policy and law. We do not have a theocracy.

Gomez – GOD does exist – open your heart and mind and he will come to you. Here’s proof: a professor in class was telling his college students that God doesn’t exist and if he did he should knock him out cold. He stood there for a couple of minutes and was smirking until a young marine just back from the Middle east Afghanistan war walked up and hit the professor knocking him out cold. When the professor woke up, he sat up and demanded to know why the marine hit him. The marine said, “God was busy, He sent me.” and if God doesn’t exist, prove it!! and if he doesn’t then you don’t get the unalienable rights offered to Americans do you?
