The signs tell us there is an election coming up for House District 88. This area covers a significant area of Ravalli County. Ballots will be mailed in a few weeks. I have made my choice. Allow me to share why I will vote for Alan Lackey.
Alan stands resolutely on conservative factors that appeal to me – YES to states’ rights; YES to election integrity; YES for small business; YES to Montana utilizing its natural resources; NO to big government.
Politicians (he’s not one of those – this is his first run for office) tell us what they believe and what they want. Key reasons to vote for Alan are his background and experience.
With double college degrees in agricultural business and ranch management, he talks the talk and walks the walk for what many District 88 residents care about. He ranched growing up. He managed ranches. He also has considerable real-life business experience as manager of an auto dealership for 16 years. He owned an outfitter business for 7 years. He marketed his own brand of grain-fed beef for 8 years. He has been to the top of his waders protecting the environment with critical conservation efforts. He now runs a meat-processing business.
When your ballot arrives, there will be two choices for House District 88. I will put a big X in the box for Alan Lackey.
